Is my booking a private or shared transfer?
All bookings offered are for private transfers and only official cars authorized by local transport authorities are used. Your group will travel in a vehicle for exclusive use. This allows you to avoid queues, save waiting times for other passengers, and enable you to go straight to your destination without stopping.
What is the baggage allowance per person?
Baggage allowance is adjusted based on vehicle capacity. Please specify this when making your main reservation. Please book a vehicle with adequate capacity for the needs of your group. If the taxi you reserve doesn't have sufficient capacity, you may be required to pay for a second vehicle to be sent.
Can I bring extra baggage or sports equipment, or does this take up too much space?
In our booking process, you have the option of indicating if you have any special needs during your trip. If your extra baggage doesn't appear with the vehicle you've chosen or the option doesn't exist, please indicate your requirements in the comments of your booking. We'll look for the best solution and get back to you within one working day.
Travelling with children?
The majority of our vehicles are adapted to hold child car seats. During the booking process, you have the option of adding car seats to your application. Taxiderreinhard.at takes the safety of its passengers very seriously, especially that of children.
My group is traveling with a baby carrytot. Is it possible to bring it?
Yes, the vehicle can accommodate baby carrytots or strollers. Children and babies are considered passengers when booking your vehicle, and they can also carry one piece of luggage (suitcase or baby carrytot) as well as a handbag.
Taking this into account, if your baggage exceeds the set limit in the general conditions, please add the extras you need in the corresponding step of the booking process or reserve a bigger vehicle.
What vehicles does Taxi der Reinhard offer?
Our taxi fleet consists of VIP private vehicles from the Mercedes and Volkswagen brands. Our vehicles are equipped for all road and weather conditions.
What if my destination is not on the list?
If you cannot find your destination in our booking system, please feel free to send us an inquiry with your desired pick-up and drop-off locations. We'll be happy to make your trip possible.
